Lighting Solutions will manage the solar system from design, installation and monitoring. All equipment will be owned by Lighting Solutions with no maintenance or monitoring required by  property management.

Lighting Solutions will be connecting the solar system to Ontario’s electricity grid through the Feed-In Tariff (FIT) program.  Lighting Solutions will be applicants on all FIT contracts, not the property owner. Therefore, there will be no administration required from property management.
