Step One: Audit & Lighting Schedule

Beginning with the development of a Lighting Schedule, our experienced staff will complete an accurate and concise lighting inventory of your property. The Lighting Schedule is a necessary step to design a lighting solution which maximizes your savings.

Step Two: Energy Efficient Lighting Upgrade Proposal

Using your Lighting Schedule and years of experience, Lighting Solutions will prepare a proposal which details recommended lighting & sensor upgrades along with information regarding savings, applicable incentives and return on investment.

Lighting Solutions works in the best interest of our clients maximizing their energy savings in each lighting application. We are not manufacturers of or tied to any particular lighting products or invested in new emerging technologies, therefore we are committed to provide you the best technologies for your lighting needs.

Lighting Solutions delivers guaranteed, verifiable cash savings to our clients. Every energy upgrade undertaken by our customers delivers a minimum yearly return on investment of 25%. Step Three: Incentive Application and Installation

Your assigned project coordinator will take it from here. Firstly, we will apply for and manage any incentives that you may be eligible for. We are pleased to complete these applications on behalf of our clients and coordinate the approval process. Incentives may include the Toronto Better Buildings Partnership, Toronto Hydro Business Incentive Program, Energy Retrofit Incentive Program and BOMA Conservation and Demand Management.

Once your incentive has been approved, installation can begin. We will accommodate your schedule and can complete installations on weekends or overnight.

Step Four:

Now that you have seen the light, you can enjoy the savings!

Lighting Solutions will finalize any documentation required for the incentive, and prepare a strategy for continuing care-free maintenance.
